I don't think "Christine" is in it, but everything else you mentioned was. The part about "there was no driver in the car" is from an old b-movie called "The Car."
The most prominent bits (other than the "Ghostbusters": "we came, we saw, we kicked its ass") are the sequence from "Freaks" and a couple of clips from "The Prisoner."
The part that had me rolling was "we came, we saw, we kicked its ass / Lois, this is not my Batman glass."
