I watched Obama last night, and I hung on every word. California is sinking into the Pacific Ocean, but it isn't from an earthquake mind you, it is a direct result of our REPUBLICAN governor and the inaction of the democrats representing us. Sigh. What to do, what to do. Sigh. I's only been three weeks, and I am already tired of Obama reaching out to the republicans... it's time they sat down and shut up. I never used to feel this way, but if possible they are infuriating me now more then ever.
It's not just California, it's everywhere. I don't know if this stimulus package will work or not, but it's about time to do something. The effort to be bipartisan isn't working, but Obama has to make the effort to win a couple of Republican votes in the Senate. I just hope they can get more of the aid to states back in the final bill.

Sigh. Weep.
